After the short-term period those who wish to commit his/her entire life for the mission as a member of the Community, after a process of discernment, are welcome to make a commitment for five years, which will be renewed every five years. Before making commitment to be a lifetime member she/he should have chosen and entered into a life status (Married or single). The Community will take care of their needs including sickness and old age to the best of its capacity. Every member is expected to meet the director at least once a
month.
